No no, I'm not dead, really... and I haven't stopped digital art! I wanted to write a short journal entry to announce the imminent arrival of new pieces after a long period.
In the next weeks and months I'll post new pieces of a higher level than what I've done before in digital painting and probably new matte paintings thereafter. There will be aliens, dragon-like creatures, gloomy portraits, flying ships, etc... And I'm currently working on my logo refreshment and redesign of my websites.

Non non je ne suis pas mort et je n'ai pas raccroché la création d'art digital ! Je voulais écrire un rapide journal afin d'annoncer la venue prochaine de nouvelles créations après une longue période plutôt creuse.
Dans les prochaines semaines et mois je posterai de nouvelles créations d'un niveau supérieur à ce que j'ai fait jusqu'ici en digital painting et probablement aussi de nouveaux matte paintings tout frais par la suite. 2100, une date à la fois proche et si lointaine ! On peut imaginer une infinité de possibilités pour cette fin de siècle.

Vous avez jusqu'au 11 janvier 2012 à 23h59 (GMT+1) pour envoyer votre création graphique sur ce thème, ce qui vous laisse 7 semaines à compter d'aujourd'hui. A vous de réaliser votre meilleure création d'art digital : photomanipulation, illustration, 3D, matte painting… Laissez libre à court à votre imagination et à votre style!

4 gagnants seront sélectionnés par notre jury. Tout le monde a une chance de gagner, même les débutants ! Le prix de l'originalité récompense le concept le plus original ou le plus drôle sans se reposer uniquement sur les compétences techniques alors relevez le challenge !

Slashthree released their latest exhibition a few days ago. I hadn't the time to submit artworks for this one but be sure to check it out ! This is one of my favorite exhibition :

"Ladies and Gentlemen,

Since New Era's release three months ago, the reception the slashTHREE staff and artists have received for this project has been mind-blowing. It was on show at OFFF 2011, as well as SIGGRAPH 2011 and on our very own online shop. We are proud to report that the "New Era" books have been completely sold out, and we would like to take this opportunity to thank each and every one of you for the overwhelming amount of support.

Today however, the collective proudly unveils its seventeenth exhibition, an exhibition in which the artists were asked to reflect on some of the literature that inspires them in their daily lives. Each piece in "Quote/Unquote" is based on a quote – famous, cultural, or even from the artist's own life – and is created to represent that quote and its meaning to the artist. The result is a library of 60 of the collective's finest and most personally meaningful works to date.

Just before the New Era project was launched, slashTHREE welcomed Tarin Yuangtrakul, a 19 year old artist from Thailand. Tarin's impact on the collective was instantaneous, and his two submissions to "Quote/Unquote" demonstrate the progress he has made as an artist since joining the collective, and showed true dedication to the exhibition. Tarin's sublime mixture of traditional and digital art was something new which captivated the entire artist core. Tarin Yuangtrakul has become not only the first traditional artist to be named as the "featured artist" for a slashTHREE exhibition, but also the youngest artist in slashTHREE's history to receive the honour. Two days ago I was very surprised to discover that I received a premium subscription ! From who ? Who did this ?! It's . So I must thank him. Be sure to check his gallery out, it's worth it !

On the other side I finished a new big matte painting a few days ago, I hope I'll be allowed to share it with you soon with some other fresh works. I still have a lot of web designs to add to my gallery and I'll start a big training in digital painting in the next weeks (woot woot!).

Vous êtes petit à petit de plus en plus nombreux à passer sur cette page DA et par manque de temps, je ne peux pas remercier tous les favs que je reçois et pas non plus commenter chaque nouvelle création de votre part (impossible même).

Puis je voulais voir si ce truc marchait Autre annonce pour ceux qui suivent mon blog ([link], dès la semaine prochaine, la refonte commence sérieusement (nouveau design, nouvelles fonctionnalités, ceux qui suivent vraiment le savent) donc voici un petit rappel.
